What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in identity (Google sign-in or email and password). Our sign-in provider handles your password; we do not store it in the app.
• Profile: the name, country, institution and role you enter. We use country and institution in aggregate (for example, "used at N universities in M countries") and never sell or share individual profiles.
• Usage: quota counters (design cases, daily actions) and an access log of API actions for abuse prevention and support.

Your project files

Your designs, simulations, trained models and results are saved privately for a fixed 30-day window starting when you create your first project. All projects in that window share one expiry date, shown on My projects. New projects and continued activity do not extend it. At expiry, access ends and automatic cleanup deletes the saved data; physical deletion may finish later. Download files before the deadline. Your next project after expiry starts a new storage window. Account and quota records are retained separately. We do not use your files to train anything beyond your own project's model, and no employee routinely accesses them.

Where it lives

Google hosts the service in North America. Account and quota data persist until you delete your account.

Your choices

You can use a pseudonymous email, leave institution blank, and delete downloaded files at any time. To permanently remove your sign-in account, profile and saved projects, open Account in the app and choose Delete account. You can do this yourself without contacting support. Download anything you want to keep first. We may ask you to confirm your sign-in.

A temporary security marker blocks old sign-in sessions after deletion and is scheduled for cleanup after two hours. It contains no profile or project data. Existing security and service logs follow their normal retention period.

Cookies and tracking

The app itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores the sign-in information needed to keep you signed in.
