What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in identity, handled by Google Firebase Authentication (Google sign-in or email and password; we never see or store your password).
• Profile: the name, country, institution and role you enter. We use country and institution in aggregate (for example, "used at N universities in M countries") and never sell or share individual profiles.
• Usage: quota counters (design cases, daily actions) and an access log of API actions for abuse prevention and support.

Your project files

Designs, simulations and results generated in a project live in temporary run storage and are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity (hours, not months). Download anything you want to keep. Uploaded templates are processed for your run and deleted on the same schedule. We do not use your files to train anything beyond your own project's model, and no employee routinely accesses them.

Where it lives

The service runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Firebase Authentication) in North America. Account and quota data persist until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can use a pseudonymous email, leave institution blank, and delete downloaded files at any time. To delete your account and its data, email info@supreme-cortex.ca from the account's address and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

The app itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Firebase Authentication stores the tokens it needs to keep you signed in. That's it.
